    Parents need to know that Five Nights at Freddy's is a horror movie based on the popular video game franchise. It follows a night watchman (Josh Hutcherson) who's terrorized by sentient animatronics at a pizza restaurant. Violence includes a general sense of terror, screaming, jump scares, deaths, panic, &
    commission, with at least four photos of your dog ( straight on, in good light, and a few from different angles). The more photos the better!     To capture the unique character of your dog, I also appreciate if you send along a few short stories.
