    Bekannt ist der SC Victoria vor allem durch seine Fußballabteilung; darüber hinaus unterhält der Sportverein Abteilungen für Badminton, Handball, Hockey, Karate, Leichtathletik, Tennis, Tischtennis und Turnen.

    Der SC Victoria zählt zu den ältesten Fußballvereinen in Deutschland, ist Gründungsmitglied des Deutschen Fußball-Bundes (DFB) und besteht seit seiner Gründung im Jahre 1895 fast unverändert.

    Größte Erfolge in der Vereinsgeschichte waren der Einzug ins Halbfinale der deutschen Fußballmeisterschaft 1907 sowie der deutsche Meistertitel im Damen-Handball 1930. Im September 2024 konnte zudem die erste offizielle deutsche Herren-Fußballmeisterschaft der über 32-jährigen gewonnen werden. Auf dem Weg zur Meisterschaft konnte man sich u. a. gegen den FC Bayern München und Hertha BSC durchsetzen.[2][3]
