Side By Side Nutrition (SBSN) is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 10 am MST- 1 pm MST Monday- Friday with the potential to move to 8-3 pm MST M-F over the next several months supporting the front and back end of our business including scheduling client calls billing client support and ensuring our staff is supported.
When it comes to the actual data entry work attention to detail is key. You will be responsible for inputting accurate and consistent data which requires concentration and patience. Its important to follow any instructions provided by the company and to ask for clarification if anything is unclear. Time management is also important as you will need to ensure that you meet any deadlines set by the company.
To be a successful data entry freelancer it is important to have good communication skills and to be organized and self-motivated. You will need to manage your own schedule and deadlines and be able to handle multiple projects at once.
